This is my personal blog, so I put this introduction here. 

My name is Louis Wang, as free lancer to provide construction engineering service to the clients in China region whatever clients from China companies or overseas companies out of China. Obviously China is one of the fastest growing regions in the world, has best industrial chains and best prices of human resource, nearly you can find anything and any kind of workers in here and that is the reason why so many international enterprises have the subsidiaries and factories in China. Shanghai is one of the most important financial centers in the world, so many business carrying on everyday and partly take the position of Hongkong even Singapore. Continuous opening is inevitable in China. 

Infrastructure has big development in past 30 years in China. For now, Chinese people can buy many things from all over the world, and also send cargo to nearly all places in the world. All of these based on the persistent investment in infrastructure. And, China’s central government will push this development again and again, I think that you know some people call China as “infrastructure crazy” for this reason. 

China has nearly cheapest land in the world, in some “ready for development” areas. Specially the north-east of China. Although there are many local and oversea factories in north-east, but still can find cheapest land, plus better price of human resource, and also plus possible tax-free policies. Any investor can approach the best ratio of input to output. 

Still there is another most important reason for business and investment in China, it is SAFETY. China is the most safe place in the world, this is no doubt. Do not trust fake news, trust your friend, you can find many videos made by foreigners to present how safe in China. No guns, no drugs, very lower criminal rate. You do not need to consider any safety problem in China mainland region. 

Further more, in 2020, China is only country who can keep the positive economic growth. Only in China, you can have so stable conditions for your business.

WHY Local Consultant 

A successful project has 2 successful aspect: one is local government formalities, or say recognized or allowed by local laws and regulations; another one is technical things.
